Notes

There is am 1895 baptismal record [St. George's Anglican, Parrsboro-source: Dave Winter] which states that she was b. 22 Jul 1885 vice 1884. However, that would be a very tight squeeze with her sister Mary Davida, whom the same register says was born 1886. So I tend to think that the baptismal record for Bessie--which is not contemporary--is off by one year and the census record is correct. [Bob H]
