There is only one couple bearing those given names at that time--Andrew Allan and Margaret (James) HUBLEY. Although they do live in Halifax, they have no known son named James; however, they do have a son known to bear the name Clifford. He is born 1885 so is age 18, not 21. My guess is that his is son Clifford as there is no other known HUBLEY whom this could be, and that he lies about his age as he, and possibly his bride [whom I cannot identify], are under age.
