Notes - Arthur Allen SMITH is known to have married Hilda MacKay GILKIE and it it is also known that he was not married to some (perhaps all) of the other women by whom he fathered children. My guess, based on the fact that they seem to have three or four children, is that he may have been married to Vera GRAY as well. What is clear is that he had a number of relationships; but the order in which these relationships occurred is not at all clear (at least to me). [Bob H].
