  The headstone of John WHITMAN and his wife Eliza reads: John Whitman d. Oct 28, 1877 aged 78 yrs; Eliza, wife d. Oct 1, 1879 aged 75 yrs; Little Eliza, dau of above. She does not seem to be daughter Elizabeth Lee, who marries Edmund TWINING and removes to Halifax. My guess is that she was born at Halifax abt 1828 and the inscription for her at Round Hill is a memorial rather than an actual grave marker.
